As of August 15th, 2009 no funds have been allocated into the advertising of equan - which is still running the beta development phase of its platforms. Which we believe is a point that speaks for itself!

Considering this circumstances we are very pleased with the actual average monthly results which are as follow:

Our monthly unique visitors average is 22,465 and over the past three and a half months we had a monthly average increase of visitors of 95.40%.

The average page view per visitor turns around 11,62 pages per visitors and the average time a visitor spends on our platform is about 8min. 19sec. per visit.

75.35% of our unique visitors were first time visitors while 24.65% are returning visitors.

An average of 6.50% of our visitors join equan as a member after visiting for the first time - which gives us an average members growth of +28.56% per month.

Before the year will pass we will have implemented more detailed statistics which will be updated on a weekly base.

Our pessimistic estimates of page view and visitor figures for the year 2010 read as follows:

• a minimum 42,000,000 page views for the year 2010
• a minimum 1,200,000 unique new visitors for the year 2010
• a minimum 600,000 returning visitors for the year 2010
